As part of a 2019 Netflix series entitled “The Taco Chronicles,”  examining the tacos most representative of Mexico, Sonora has been chosen to showcase its traditional and reknown carne asada tacos.  The program will show the history, the preparation, and the importance of the taco in the gastronomy of Mexico.
